Thong Thai Textile Company understands that to be a world class leader in the garment manufacturing industry, we must always be vigil and cognizant of our responsibilities to our employees, our clients, the environment, and our position in the communities that have established business entities.

Therefore, it is the goal and objective of the company to not engage in activities, policies, and/or procedures that reflect negatively upon the Company as a whole, our employees, our clients, the environment, or the communities in which we do business.

The principal foundation of any relationship is trust and respect. For without one or both of these qualities, the relationship is ultimately doomed to failure. Management, employees, and shareholders must be mindful, strive, and practice fairness in all our business activities. To treat all whom we come in contact with respect and honesty.

Employees

1. The employee individually and collectively as a whole, are the most important and valuable asset of the Company. The actions, policies, and procedures of the Company should be implemented with this fundamental principal in mind;

2. The Company shall pay their employees with an income that provides an acceptable quality of life for themselves and their families;

3. The Company shall install and enforce policies and procedures that are intended to protect and encourage the safety and welfare of its employees. To maintain and repair machinery and the general work place environment that might be deemed unsafe to the best of the Company’s ability;

4. Should an employee sustain an accident while working, the Company shall investigate the nature and cause of such an unfortunate incident. If appropriate, the Company shall remedy the situation, to the best of its ability, to ensure that no such further instances occur;

5. The Company shall acknowledge and reward outstanding employee performance. To take into consideration suggestions and ideals that improve production techniques, eliminate or reduce potential risk hazards, and generally improve the work place environment and moral of the company; and

6. The company has zero tolerance for illicit and/or illegal activities by its employees. Any employee who engages in such actions is subject to immediate termination and if warranted criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Customers, Suppliers and Products

1. The relationship between the Company and its customers and suppliers will be one of mutual admiration, respect, and benefit;

2. The Company, customers, and suppliers are collectively expected to fulfill the terms and conditions of their contractual relationship. To provide merchandize that meets and/or exceeds the others demand and expectation;

3. All parties are free to exercise remedies available to them pursuant the terms and conditions of their respective contracts for failure to perform under said contract; and

4. Customers and suppliers are held to the same standards as employees of the Company. Illicit and/or illegal activities are not condoned and will not be tolerated.
